Three days a week, hundreds of vendors circle the stadium to sell their wares under tents. Visitors can find everything from Hawaiian shirts to tropical plants to native foods. The International Market Place has been an island tradition for years upon years. Take time to talk story with the local craftspeople, and snap a photo by a cascading waterfall under a century-old banyan, original home of Donn the Beachcomber. Kapiolani Community College Farmers Market

Saturday KCC Farmers' Market! This is a must-do event because of the quality of the prepared foods and extraordinary produce, as well as the very friendly sweet-natured crowds. Many people bring their dogs and grab a table or sit on the grass to drink coffee or eat the amazing baked goods or breakfast entrée of the week.

Hawaii's best Farmers' Market takes place every Saturday at Kapiolani Community College (KCC), located on the backside of Diamond Head Crater at 4303 Diamond Head Road, 8 AM until noon. Whether or not you have access to kitchen facilities, this is the place to come for island-grown- only fresh fruits and vegetables, seafood, chickens, eggs and grass-fed Haleiwa beef, as well as take-out prepared foods for the beach or condo
